2011-07-13 15:45:00A study by the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture found that food in a supermarket traveled an average 1,500 miles to get to the store. This got us to thinking.
What if the fruits and vegetables we get at the grocery store didn’t have to travel at all?
